Delivery Information

Postage and Packaging Charges

We strive to keep Postage and Packaging charges as low as possible. P&P is calculated based on the weight of the items in your basket and your Shipping Address. There will be several options available to you when Checking Out, including Next Day courier service or Standard shipping.

Your P&P charge will be shown a few steps into the Checkout process. If you would like to check the P&P of the items in your basket prior to this, simply add the item/s to your basket and then click 'View Cart'. When viewing your Cart you will see a Shipping Calculator at the bottom of the page. Here you will be able to enter your post code and select country for Shipping. This will give you a shipping quote for the current items in your basket.

Our maximum P&P charge to UK Mainland addresses is £7.95, this will only apply to heavy orders under £40 in value. Over £40 in value is postage free to UK Mainland addresses.

Most items can be shipped worldwide however P&P on some heavy items or orders may need to be manually calculated.


We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible! Once you have paid for your order you will receive a confirmation email showing the order's status.

If you have paid via cheque or Paypal eCheque (similar to traditional paper cheques) your order will show as Queued until your cheque has cleared. If you paid using a Paypal instant payment or via our card processing gateway and your card payment was authorised then your order will show as Processed. Orders placed before 3pm are shipped on the same day. Please note that orders placed over a weekend will be shipped on the first working day of the following week.

Standard Shipping method normally takes 3-4 working days to a UK address.
Next Day Courier method is a next working day service that is available to orders placed before 3pm on a working day. Deliveries can be up to 7pm for residential addresses and 5pm to business addresses.

If you have not received your order as yet please note the following check list:

  • Please initially double check that your Shipping Address has been entered correctly on your order. You can do this by checking the confirmation email that is sent to you or by logging into the site and checking your profile/order history. If there is problem with your address please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to correct the issue. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we can change your delivery address once the order has been placed as orders are shipped as fast as possible.
  • If your order is unlikely to fit through a letterbox then please ensure that you have not missed a delivery by Royal Mail (they should leave you a red card with information on where your parcel is). If you do not have a red card from Royal Mail please contact your local sorting office in case they do have the parcel but failed to leave a card.
  • A similar process may apply for a courier delivery whereby a card will be left for you with information on your parcel. If you have selected Next Day Courier service and your parcel has not yet arrived, nor has Quickdraw contacted you with any issues regarding your order please contact us here or alternatively call us on 02380 872166 and we can look into this for you and contact the courier on your behalf.
If you have still been unable to locate your parcel please contact us here or call us on 02380 872166 quoting your Order Number. Your Order Number can be found on your confirmation email or by logging into your account and checking your Order History.
