Returns Policy

Damaged/ Faulty
Should your item be defective we will replace the item/part upon it's return, or refund you in full provided that there is evidence that the item is faulty/damaged that was not caused by misuse.
The defective item in most cases will need to be returned via a Free Post return service. Faulty/damaged items can be returned up to 30 days of receipt. If we are unable to replace the item/part we will offer either an alternative item/part or a full/partial refund.

Late / Missed Delivery
We don't like to know that your order was not with you on-time, if you order is not on-time please contact us so we can see what is going on and hopefully provide you with a solution. If you have missed your delivery, depending on the shipping method used, this could be being held for collection or a delivery re-attempt may happen.
Please contact us if you have missed your delivery and we can tell you where it is and what to do next.

Returning an item.
If you no longer require an item, you may return it to us at your own cost within 14 working days of receipt. You will be liable for the return postage.

We will only accept returns providing the item is unused and in a re-sellable condition, returned within 14 working days of receipt and provided that suitable packaging and care has been taken to return the item.

We cannot accept returns on and not limited to any of the following: underwear, swimwear, certain jewelry, food & alcohol gifts, flowers, cosmetics and grooming products,pillows,self-assembly items cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed, any product with a security seal that is broken, Gift Vouchers, Fireworks, Made to order items, damaged items from return transit.

Once we have received the item back, it will be assessed, providing the items is in a re-sellable, unused contitions with no damage, you will be refunded for the full item cost within 7 working days, and the standard, least expensive, most common shipping cost.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
