The Fokker E.III Eindecker variant of this historically important fighter aircraft began to arrive on the Western Front at the end of 1915 and proved to be the definitive version of the aircraft. Produced in larger numbers than any other Eindecker, the arrival of large numbers of E.IIIs allowed the Luftstreitkrafte to deploy specialist fighter ‘hunting’ squadrons for the first time.

Incorporating Anton Fokker’s ingenious ‘interrupter gear’, which allowed machine guns to fire through the arc of the propeller without bullets striking the blades, the Eindecker is regarded as the first true fighter aircraft in aviation history and changed the course of aerial warfare forever, following its introduction in the summer of 1915.

If you paid using a Paypal instant payment or via our card processing gateway and your card payment was authorised then your order will show as Processed. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the next working day.

• Standard Shipping method normally takes 3-4 working days to a UK address.
• We do not currently offer a weekend delivery service. Orders placed before the 2pm cut-off time on a Friday will be delivered the next working day.
• Next Day Courier method is a next working day service that is available to orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Deliveries can be up to 7pm for residential addresses and 5pm to business addresses.
