If you are using the mini ducks for bathtime playtime, then once bathtime is over make sure you allow the duck toys to dry before storing, either by air drying or using a towel. This will keep your little duckies clean and free from mould, ensuring they last longer.

The ducks measure approx. 5cm / 2inch. Please note: These small ducks are not suitable for children aged under 3 years, as the size of the ducks may constitute a choking hazard for infants or toddlers. Parental supervision is recommended at all times while your children are playing.

We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible! Once you have paid for your order you will receive a confirmation email showing the order’s status.

If you have paid via cheque or Paypal eCheque (similar to traditional paper cheques) your order will show as Queued until your cheque has cleared. If you paid using a Paypal instant payment or via our card processing gateway and your card payment was authorised then your order will show as Processed. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the next working day.

• Standard Shipping method normally takes 3-4 working days to a UK address.
• We do not currently offer a weekend delivery service. Orders placed before the 2pm cut-off time on a Friday will be delivered the next working day.
• Next Day Courier method is a next working day service that is available to orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Deliveries can be up to 7pm for residential addresses and 5pm to business addresses.
