This Pebeo Drawing Gum Pen has a round 4mm nib and is an easy and more precise way to apply masking fluid to your paper before painting with watercolours. It contains a blue peelable latex that is used to keep areas white (the latex resists the watercolour paint).
The blue colour makes it easy to see where you have applied it. To remove the drawing gum from the surface, simply rub it with a clean finger or an eraser.
It comes with a spare 4mm lid in the lid. Artists’ like using these Pebeo Masking Fluid pens as the latex solution can ruin paint brushes. It is also great for taking out and about with you as it is more compact.
The 4mm nib allows for clean, fine, continuous applications of drawing gum without clogging.
Shake well before using and prime the tip first by pushing it down a few times on a scrap piece of paper. This will get the drawing gum to flow to the nib. Remove and clean the pen nib after use with warm water.

Drawing Gum Marker- An easy-to-use marker for both adults and children.
The 4 mm tips are ideal for drawing and detailing. It is advised to apply colour when the drawing gum is dry (ultra-fast) and then once the colours are completely dry, just rub the gum with your finger or with an eraser to remove, leaving a blank space. The marker is an all-in-one tool as The single solution replaces the drawing gum bottle, the paint brush, and the water container. This tool is very practical due to its easy handling and its small size suitable is perfect for children.
- Range of the marker: Around 120 meters.
- The marker can be kept for 12 months after it is first primed at moderate room temperature (15-25 °C).
- It is a mobile product that can be taken everywhere.
- If residue forms on the tip, you can remove excess material with your finger.
- It must be stored horizontally with the cap closed.

Deliveries & returns
We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible! Once you have paid for your order you will receive a confirmation email showing the order’s status.
If you have paid via cheque or Paypal eCheque (similar to traditional paper cheques) your order will show as Queued until your cheque has cleared. If you paid using a Paypal instant payment or via our card processing gateway and your card payment was authorised then your order will show as Processed. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the next working day.
- Standard Shipping method normally takes 3-4 working days to a UK address.
- We do not currently offer a weekend delivery service. Orders placed before the 2pm cut-off time on a Friday will be delivered the next working day.
- Next Day Courier method is a next working day service that is available to orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Deliveries can be up to 7pm for residential addresses and 5pm to business addresses.
