Please Note: Always use on a stable, heat-resistant surface and follow normal barbecue safety precautions. Handle with care when in use, as the chimney becomes extremely hot. Firelighters and charcoal are not included.

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the next working day.

• Standard Shipping method normally takes 3-4 working days to a UK address.
• We do not currently offer a weekend delivery service. Orders placed before the 2pm cut-off time on a Friday will be delivered the next working day.
• Next Day Courier method is a next working day service that is available to orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Deliveries can be up to 7pm for residential addresses and 5pm to business addresses.
