You can’t beat a good old soak in the bath on a frosty winter’s night or after a day of constantly being on the go. Last-minute present shopping, stocking up on snacks, making arrangements to see family and friends and making sure your home looks the part with Christmas decorations and a tree, things can get a little bit stressful. Having a bath is a wonderful way to readdress that busy balance; it’s something so simple that can instantly make you feel relaxed and calm. Not to mention, Christmas is the one time of year when most of us get some time off work – having a bath is a wonderful way to give yourself some much-deserved TLC.

We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible! Once you have paid for your order you will receive a confirmation email showing the order’s status.

If you have paid via cheque or Paypal eCheque (similar to traditional paper cheques) your order will show as Queued until your cheque has cleared. If you paid using a Paypal instant payment or via our card processing gateway and your card payment was authorised then your order will show as Processed. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the next working day.

• Standard Shipping method normally takes 3-4 working days to a UK address.
• We do not currently offer a weekend delivery service. Orders placed before the 2pm cut-off time on a Friday will be delivered the next working day.
• Next Day Courier method is a next working day service that is available to orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Deliveries can be up to 7pm for residential addresses and 5pm to business addresses.
