Created for thoughtful remembrance, this Special Mum Memorial Double Heart pairs a comforting message with a dedicated inscription. The large heart states “In memory of a life so beautifully lived, a heart so deeply loved.” while the smaller heart reads “Special Mum.” Together they offer a simple, dignified way to honour a much-loved mother at the graveside, in a cemetery memorial garden, or in a quiet space at home.

Finished in a classic stone-effect speckled grey , the design features an embossed rose border around the main heart in matching stone colour and a coloured white lily motif that provides a gentle focal point. The dark engraved-style lettering is clear and respectful from a considerate distance, blending naturally with headstones, plaques, lanterns and floral arrangements.

Made from sturdy, weather-resistant polyresin , the ornament is suitable for year-round outdoor display. The smooth surface wipes clean in moments to help maintain a neat resting place. An integrated plinth base keeps the piece securely freestanding on grass, gravel or a memorial shelf, while the compact footprint sits neatly beside a headstone, grave vase or plaque without crowding the area.

Measuring approximately H14.6cm x W12cm x D10cm , this double-heart grave decoration is a meaningful keepsake that helps keep treasured memories close—today and always.
