We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. Once checkout has been completed, we automatically collect your order where it is sent to our warehouse for picking, packing and dispatch.

As standard we operate a 1 working day dispatch time. For courier services we aim to despatch the order on a same day basis, providing it was placed before the cut-off time.

Our aim is to offer a low-cost shipping solution within the United Kingdom, we have achieved this by offering a FREE standard service, with quicker services at a premium.

If you have not received your order as yet please note the following check list:

  • Please initially double check that your Shipping Address has been entered correctly on your order. You can do this by checking the confirmation email that is sent to you or by logging into the site and checking your profile/order history. If there is problem with your address please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to correct the issue. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we can change your delivery address once the order has been placed as orders are shipped as fast as possible.
  • If your order is unlikely to fit through a letterbox then please ensure that you have not missed a delivery by Royal Mail (they should leave you a red card with information on where your parcel is). If you do not have a red card from Royal Mail please contact your local sorting office in case they do have the parcel but failed to leave a card.
  • A similar process may apply for a courier delivery whereby a card will be left for you with information on your parcel. If you have selected Next Day Courier service and your parcel has not yet arrived, nor has Quickdraw contacted you with any issues regarding your order please contact us here

If you have still been unable to locate your parcel please contact us here quoting your Order Number. Your Order Number can be found on your confirmation email or by logging into your account and checking your Order History.
